Debit Request Failed: Claim Processing

You tried to cancel (debit) a claim while it was still being processed by Teleplan.

Official Description: Unable to perform debit request at this time. Claim is currently in process. Please review account when processed.

How to Fix It

Follow these steps in order to resolve the error.

  1. Do not resubmit the debit request. The original claim is still being actively processed by the Data Centre.
  2. Wait for your next remittance statement to see the final status (e.g., paid, adjusted, or refused) of the original claim.
  3. Once the original claim appears on your remittance, you can submit the debit request again if the cancellation is still required.
  4. If the debit request continues to fail after the original claim has been finalized, contact the Teleplan Service Desk at 604-683-7151 for assistance with the claim's status.
