How to Fix It
Follow these steps in order to resolve the error.
- Locate the original invoice or form the patient paid for this service.
- Confirm the patient has signed the document, authorizing the clinic to submit the claim to MSP for the patient's reimbursement.
- Resubmit the claim. Ensure the 'Signature on File' indicator is correctly selected in your software for this 'Pay Patient' submission.
- If the claim is rejected again for the same reason, contact the Teleplan Data Centre at 604-683-7151 to troubleshoot the submission.
