Official Description: The Tariff Committee has recommended approval for the addition of this tray service.

Follow these steps in order to resolve the error.

Acknowledge that this is an informational code, not a fixable error. The claim has been refused because this fee code is not yet active for payment.
Do not resubmit the claim with the 'IW' code. It will be refused again.
Remove the 'IW' fee item from your original claim submission.
Resubmit the claim with only the primary, payable service fee items.
Monitor official MSP publications and bulletins for an announcement on when this tray service becomes an active, payable benefit.
