How to Fix It
Follow these steps in order to resolve the error.
- Acknowledge this rejection. This is an informational code; you cannot fix this by resubmitting the debit to MSP.
- Contact WorkSafeBC Telehealth Services directly to confirm they have received and processed the debit request from the MSP Data Centre.
- When calling WorkSafeBC, provide the patient's PHN, date of service, and original claim details to help them locate the file.
- Update your clinic's patient record to flag this as a WorkSafeBC claim to prevent billing future services for this injury to MSP.
