How to Fix It

Follow these steps in order to resolve the error.

  1. Acknowledge this rejection. This is an informational code; you cannot fix this by resubmitting the debit to MSP.
  2. Contact WorkSafeBC Telehealth Services directly to confirm they have received and processed the debit request from the MSP Data Centre.
  3. When calling WorkSafeBC, provide the patient's PHN, date of service, and original claim details to help them locate the file.
  4. Update your clinic's patient record to flag this as a WorkSafeBC claim to prevent billing future services for this injury to MSP.
