How to Fix It

Follow these steps in order to resolve the error.

  1. Check the official Teleplan or Ministry of Health website for any posted system-wide service disruptions or maintenance notices.
  2. Wait 1-2 hours and resubmit the claim. Temporary network or Data Centre issues often resolve on their own.
  3. If the claim is rejected again with the same code, contact Teleplan Support at 604-683-7151. Have your Data Centre number and the specific claim details ready.
