How to Fix It
Follow these steps in order to resolve the error.
- Check the official Teleplan or Ministry of Health website for any posted system-wide service disruptions or maintenance notices.
- Wait 1-2 hours and resubmit the claim. Temporary network or Data Centre issues often resolve on their own.
- If the claim is rejected again with the same code, contact Teleplan Support at 604-683-7151. Have your Data Centre number and the specific claim details ready.
