- Locate the rejected claim in your billing software.
- Find the 'Coverage Type' or 'Insurer' field for the specific service line.
- Change the coverage from 'A' (for Donor) to 'P' (for Provincial/MSP).
- Save the correction and resubmit the claim to Teleplan.
