  1. Locate the rejected claim in your billing software.
  2. Find the 'Coverage Type' or 'Insurer' field for the specific service line.
  3. Change the coverage from 'A' (for Donor) to 'P' (for Provincial/MSP).
  4. Save the correction and resubmit the claim to Teleplan.
