- Verify if the provider has an active WorkSafeBC Payee Number and if they are authorized to provide the specific goods or services being claimed.
- If the registration is missing or incorrect, the provider must contact the WorkSafeBC Health Care Provider Information line at 1-800-661-2003 to resolve the authorization or registration issue.
- Do not resubmit this claim until you receive confirmation from WorkSafeBC that the provider's account is authorized for the service.
- Once authorization is confirmed by WorkSafeBC, resubmit the claim for payment.
